TwistFive Privacy Policy

Santhra Joy Inc. (“Santhra Joy Inc.”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the TwistFive mobile application for Android and iOS.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use TwistFive.
By using TwistFive, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Provide to Us
TwistFive does not require users to:
- Create an account
- Sign in
- Provide a name
- Provide an email address
- Provide a phone number
- Create a profile
- Upload photos or other content
- Provide payment information
We do not intentionally request or collect personally identifying information directly from users through the normal gameplay experience.
If you voluntarily contact us by email for support, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use that information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, investigate problems, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
2. Information Processed Automatically
Although TwistFive does not require users to provide personal information, the app uses third-party services that may automatically collect or process certain technical and usage information.
Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, location, and service configuration, this information may include:

4. Mixpanel
TwistFive uses Mixpanel for product and usage analytics.

- Diagnostic or analytics-related information
We use this information to understand app performance, identify problems, and improve TwistFive.
We do not intentionally send Mixpanel names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, or user account information because TwistFive does not require user accounts.
Mixpanel processes information according to its own privacy policies and data-processing practices.

Information processed through TwistFive and its service providers may be used to:

TwistFive is available to users in multiple countries.

9. Data Retention
Santhra Joy Inc. does not maintain user accounts or user profile databases for TwistFive.
Information processed by Google AdMob and Mixpanel may be retained according to their respective retention policies, service configurations, and applicable legal requirements.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control.
However, no electronic transmission, storage method, mobile application, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party providers are responsible for the security practices applicable to information processed through their respective services.
11. Children’s Privacy
TwistFive is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed toward children under 13.
Where local law establishes a higher minimum age for independently consenting to certain data-processing activities, that higher age requirement may apply.
We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, account information, or other personal information through TwistFive.

13. No Account Deletion Requirement
TwistFive does not provide user accounts.
Therefore, there is no TwistFive account to delete.
If you contact us by email and wish to request deletion of information contained in your support correspondence, you may contact us using the email address listed below.

Android and iOS provide controls that may allow users to manage:
- Advertising identifiers
- Tracking permissions
- Personalized advertising settings
