Please include the following information when reporting a problem:
• Your Budgetly app version
• Your iOS version
• Your iPhone or iPad model
• A short description of what happened
• The steps that caused the issue
• A screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive financial information
Please do not email passwords, payment-card details, bank information, or complete financial statements.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I ADD AN EXPENSE?
Open Budgetly, enter the amount, select a category, and optionally add an account, labels, date, or notes. Select Add Expense to save it.
HOW DO BUDGETS WORK?
Budgetly lets you create daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits. Choose the period that matches your spending habits and enter the amount you want to monitor.
HOW DO I VIEW SPENDING INSIGHTS?
Open the Expenses section and switch between Day, Week, Month, and Year. Budgetly displays totals, comparisons, transaction counts, category breakdowns, and other useful spending patterns.
HOW DO I EXPORT A STATEMENT?
Open Statements, choose Monthly or Yearly, select PDF or Excel, choose the relevant period, and preview the statement before exporting it.
HOW DO I RESTORE MY LIFETIME PURCHASE?
Open Budgetly’s upgrade screen and select Restore Purchases. Ensure that the device is signed in with the Apple Account originally used to make the purchase.
If Budgetly does not currently include a visible Restore Purchases button, one must be added before release.
I DELETED BUDGETLY. CAN MY DATA BE RECOVERED?
If your information was stored only on the device and no backup is available, it may not be recoverable after deleting the app. Export important statements before removing Budgetly.
Files previously exported to Files, iCloud Drive, email, or another service remain in those locations until you delete them separately.
