How to play

  1. Move in four directions through the grid.
  2. Place a bomb on the player’s current tile.
  3. Move behind a hard wall or outside the future flame path.
  4. Use blasts to destroy bricks and open routes.
  5. Defeat every required enemy.
  6. Reveal the exit hidden under one destructible brick.
  7. Enter the exit after the enemy counter reaches zero.

The exit can be revealed before every enemy is defeated, but it does not complete the level until all required enemies are gone.

World and camera

Each normal level is a fixed 25-column x 7-row world. The phone displays a 15-column x 7-row landscape viewport. As the player moves horizontally, the world shifts beneath the viewport so the player can explore the remaining columns.

Skills

Invisible / recommended public name: Phase Walk

Move through destructible bricks. Hard walls still block movement. Enemies can still detect and follow the player.

Lost when a life is lost.

Bomb Kick

Walk into a placed bomb to push it in a straight line. Its fuse continues while it moves. It stops when it reaches a blocking object or boundary and can still trigger a chain reaction.

Lost when a life is lost.

More Bombs / recommended public name: Bomb Capacity

Adds one simultaneous bomb slot, up to the final game cap.

Retained after losing a life.

Remote Control / recommended public name: Remote Trigger

Manually detonates the oldest active bomb.

Lost when a life is lost.

Expand Fire / recommended public name: Flame Range

Extends the blast by one tile in every direction, up to the final game cap.

Retained after losing a life.

Fire Immunity / recommended public name: Fire Shield

Prevents damage from bomb fire. Enemy contact remains dangerous.

Lost when a life is lost.

Why did five enemies appear around a skill?

A hidden skill is revealed when its covering brick is destroyed. Revealing it does not trigger a punishment.

The punishment happens only when an already exposed skill item is hit by bomb fire. The item is destroyed and five enemies appear directly around it, then move outward.

Destroyed exposed skillSpawned enemies
Invisible / Phase Walk5 Powered Skeletons
Bomb Kick5 Skeletons
More Bombs / Bomb Capacity5 Skeletons
Remote Control / Remote Trigger5 Powered Skeletons

These punishment enemies may exceed the level’s normal enemy population.

Enemy guide

Red

The basic pursuer. It moves more slowly and follows the player using straightforward route choices.

Purple

A stronger pursuer that can move through bombs.

Deep Blue

A faster hunter that can move through destructible bricks.

Skeleton

A fast punishment enemy that can move through bombs.

Powered Skeleton

The strongest punishment enemy. It can move through bombs and destructible bricks while following the player.

Enemies turn around at dead ends. They do not intentionally avoid upcoming fire.

Enemies sealed behind bricks

Some enemies begin inside a destructible brick. They remain blocked until that brick is destroyed. When released, they emerge into the maze and count toward the enemies that must be defeated before the exit activates.

Lives and upgrade persistence

  • A new game starts with three lives.
  • Enemy contact removes one life.
  • Bomb fire removes one life unless Fire Immunity is active.
  • More Bombs and Expand Fire remain after losing a life.
  • Invisible, Bomb Kick, Remote Control, and Fire Immunity are lost after losing a life.
